2019年11月配信開始。「小説を音楽にする」コンセプトを掲げるYOASOBIのデビュー曲で、TikTokを経て社会現象となりストリーミング10億回再生を突破した。Ayaseのボカロ出身らしい高速アルペジオとシンセワーク、ikuraの透明感のある高音ボーカルが融合した楽曲は、DTMにおけるエレクトロポップアレンジの教科書的存在。
2023年4月放送のアニメ「推しの子」OP曲。配信後約2週間で全世界1億回再生突破、Billboard Global Excl. U.S.で1位を獲得し世界的ヒットとなった。テンポチェンジ・拍子変化・ジャンル横断的な展開が凝縮されたアレンジは、DTMにおける実験的ポップス制作の最先端手法を示す傑作。
マンガ「ブルーピリオド」（山口つばさ）の世界観をもとに制作された楽曲（2020年11月）。後にアニメ「ブルーピリオド」（2021年）のEDテーマに起用された。疾走感あるシンセアレンジとikuraの力強いボーカルが青春の葛藤を表現。Ayaseのトラックメイキングにおけるベースラインとドラムパターンの設計が秀逸で、DTMで疾走感を生み出す手法の参考になる。
2021年リリース。赤・青・黄の三原色をモチーフにした歌詞と、明るく躍動感のあるシンセポップサウンドが特徴。ikuraの澄んだボーカルが印象的で、YOASOBIの楽曲の中でもポジティブなエネルギーが前面に出た一曲。DTMにおける明快なコード進行とカラフルなシンセレイヤーの組み合わせ、サビへの高揚感の演出手法の参考になる。
TVアニメ「BEASTARS」第2期（2021年1月）OPテーマ。ダークで緊張感のあるシンセサウンドと変拍子的な展開がAyaseのボカロP出身らしいアレンジ力を発揮。YouTube MVは4億回再生を突破した代表曲の一つ。ikuraの表現力豊かなボーカルが作品の世界観と見事に融合しており、DTMにおける緊張感のある楽曲制作とアニメ楽曲のサウンドデザインの参考に最適。
